Aloe Vera Gel Necta (Before)

I am a 'live a healthy life' conscious person although I find it very difficult sparing that essential time for a work out or jog at the local field. If you ask me why, I always have this very simple but convenient answer..'no time'.

Having said this, I try to supplement the 'no time' excuse with cooking healthy meals with plenty of fresh (?) vegetables that is prepared using a waterless cooking method. What is waterless cooking method? I will not be providing that information for now but in time I will.

I attended a Radio station event on the 1st August 2009 and I came across this Aloe Vera range of products. I met with a professional lady who provided me with some information on these aloe vera products. Don't call me a health freak, but I was taken in and decided to try anyway. So I bought the Aloe Berry Necta.

I am not a person to stand on roof tops and scream Eureka, it works! without being able to evidence anything. Call me a sceptic if you will. My aim is to try it and see whether it works or not.

What condition can I rate this product against? I have problems with my right knee because of past sporting activities mainly tracks and football (I never took part at professional levels). I just loved these two sports. So in the process I must have been a recipient of many kicks, falls and brusings. The slightest mistake of hitting my right knee against anything can become a painful experience for some time.

I therefore decided with due reflection on what I want to base the outcome of the Aloe Berry Necta on. So this product has got to prove or in the least seem to work for this condition in respect of the conition above.

Aloe Vera Gel (Necta) The Test Begins

I took my first drink using the measuring plastic provided 2.8.09.

I remember asking how the aloe tastes like and was told 'bitter'. I dislike bitter things but I remember a local herb 'back home' that was so bitter that the malaria fever hated the taste so much that once you are able to brave the bitterness..you are rest assured that the fever will go away.

Since I was not brave enough, I asked for a variety that can at least mask the bitterness. So I took the necta variety. How unbrave I was. Since reading more about how the aloe vera gel can be sweetened..maybe next time I shall ask for the aloe vera gel. I will probably use honey to mix. This is natural in my view.

I followed the instruction by drinking it first thing in the morning. I took 2oz or below 60cc (and this will be my dose). I however do not eat in the mornings anyway.

By the way, my body is used to emptying its bowel every morning and when this fails to happen, I suck one or two oranges and has always been effective.

Nevertheless, this product has ensured that I do not have to worry about not emptying my bowel every morning because I have been doing this as a routine prior and during commencement of this diary. I am still not going to the roof tops yet!

Aloe Vera (Necta) Emptying Bowels

I remember writing in my diary previously that I seem to have a body system that ensures that I empty my bowel every morning and when it sometimes failed to happen, I would suck on one or two oranges. This approach has always worked.

Now, can I link the fact that I still do this every morning with the Aloe Vera Necta? Maybe, because I seem to have a lot more of this bowel emptying which makes me feel better through out the whole day. Is this a psychological thing? Maybe not.

Aloe Vera, Aloe Vera, I am testing you and want to be able to say Eureka! I found a natural working supplement.

Aloe Vera Gel: The Test continues

I have been taking this Aloe Vera Necta now for 10 days. To be honest I am unable to clearly state if it has started working because I am aware that it takes sometime before medication or supplements start to kick in. So, I have to hang on and keep my spirit at this level of positive expectation.

I am not putting myself in a postition where my expectation is on the very high. However, if I do find some changes in my knee and general well being..that will be a bonus and will be on my way to shouting from the roof top. Meanwhile, fingers crossed!

I came to an information that to experience any noticeable effects, one needs to be on the product(s) for a minimum of 6 weeks and upwards.

Do I believe in these products? I think I do because 'back home' as I said previously, there is this tree with an extemely bitter taste used to cure and control malaria fever. I used it many times whilst growing up and it did work. That is why I believe this Aloe Vera would work because it is a natural product from the earth.

Aloe Vera Gel: Liquid Soap

I use dove soap mainly because of its moisturising ability. I can easily become dry skinned, so I need a moisturising soap and the very simple vaseline that has been my body cream partner for years. Do you know that the vaseline has some healing effects? (Please do not ask me to prove this because whenever I have blistered lips and rub this on, it clears it in no time). I also have been able to observe that it keeps my skin clear and soft. These are my observations and as such remain my personal view. I am not asking for challenges.

I tried the liquid soap today using it as shaving gel and to soap and clean myself on the face and arms at shower time this am. I felt silky and smooth but I am waiting and observing to see any changes on the part of my skin that I shave every two days.

Am I being psychologically driven because I expect it to be so? I want to be as honest and factual as possible. The whole process is to self criticise myself, sit back and reflect and come a conclusion on the long run. Whatever decisions I arrive at would always be mine and from my perspective. Any divergent views are welcome but I will not be going into proving my views apart from what I am doing now..noting the efficacy of Aloe Vera Gel from my point of view and outcome of obeservations.

I am not carrying out any scientific research and even if it can be referred to as a personal research..it is for my knowledge and hoping to hear from others who might be having the same view(s) as I do.

Have a break: Take a quiz

Aloe Vera Gel: The test so far

This is the 13th day of trying the Aloe Vera Necta.

Yesterday I had what appeared to be above normal bowel movement. This morning I have taken my normal dosage of 60cc and all seems well. I have had my normal appointment at the bathroom and my bowel movement deemed normal. No such feeling as yesterday. That is fine.

I looked at my face early in the morning and I am tempted to say that the Aloe Vera Liquid soap appears to have kept my face smooth despite having slept overnight. You know when you sleep, you tend to rub most parts of your body against the duvet, pillow and bed sheets. By this, one is more likely to disturb one's facial condition as opposed to when you are up and about during the day. There tends to be less contact with the face during the day than when asleep.

I am not scoring at present. I will continue with the usage of the above Aloe Gel products and feed back on my views.

Sorry...I've got to leave. For work.

Aloe Vera Gel: Another entry

You know people move from uncertainties to certainties and that only happens when things really start changing and happening.

I am loving this thing called Aloe Gel Liduid soap. As they say: Looking good is good business. Maybe it is my mind, but I think my face is now feeling smoother. Maybe again it is my mind. Whatever! If I feel that way..I believe it is good for me.

I took my Necta again this morning. I am begining to like and enjoy the taste though!

Any observation(s)? Maybe. My knee is feeling less obviously painful I think. I can't say for sure for now because I am putting it under very close observation. If I lied..I would only be lying to myself. I would as a result be as honest in my views as best as I can.

End of diary for today unless something expected happens.

Aloe Vera Gel: the trial continues

I have just woken up now. Not feeling tired at all. Over night felt cramped in my stomach. I must have over eaten and taken little water to aid digestion. Ask me..who are you to be making this diagnosis?

Well, one is the best person to explain how one feels and that could be self diagnosis anyway. I mean to get my dose of Necta this morning.

I have already been to the bathroom to empty my bowel meaning that I am still on track. Reading about the Necta, I will be tempted to think that it is not the one I need to work on my knee. The Freedom Forever would seem more appropriate. So I shall be investing on that as soon as this Necta is finito.

Meanwhile, I think I am feeling good with the Necta. It would also appear that if I would at some point be changing to the Freedom Forever, this Necta Diary would have to terminate and that of the Freedom Forever takes over. Not to worry, I shall be logging when that is about to happen. However, I think that I am feeling a bit easy with my knee (hoping I do not hit it against any object).

Oops! As I am logging this on, I am also brushing my teeth with the Forever Bright Alo Vera Toothgel.

Logging off now.

I am on my regular dosage of the Aloevera Berry Necta. It has appeared to function in a way as giving me good appetite and helping to break down my food much more easily. I did write about my knee..did't I?

I can still feel some slight pain but not as much as before starting on the product. Again I say..I hope that I do not hit my knee on any object. Without this, I shall be able to give a more rational view as seen from my own point of view.

Did I say that I have also been using the Aloe Liquid Gel?

Let me tell you how I use this one.

Before shaving, I rub the liquid soap into my face and leave it to soak in while I mind my other morning routine (emptying my bowel).

I then return to shave and leave the soap on without washing or rinsing it off.

Next, I get in the shower and USE the liquid soap to wash my whole body down and rinse. By the time I finish, I only use the towel to dab and NOT rub my skin.

When I leave the shower, my body feels smooth and silky. I like this. Did I say that I also use the Aloe Moisturising Cream. This is what I top up to cream my skin.

I can really say that I do feel a lot of changes to my skin. At this point of my log, I touched my skin and can still feel the smoothness and not dry. I don't think I will change from these set of products. I want to be sure that they all work together well for me.

The bumps on my face left after shaving are begining to disappear. I am verifying these because they are what I have noticed. The only product I am still taking my time on is the Aloe Berry Necta. I will be changing to the Forever Freedom as logged previously because I really want to focus on my knee.

OK..this is where I log off for now. I do hope that others can try my method and tailor it to suit their needs.

Aloe Vera: test even further

It is interesting that my thinking about this Aloe Berry Necta is becoming to look like a natural thing. I am feeling as if this is no longer a test to the benefit(s) of this product.

Am I now taking it for granted? Not sure I am but I feel like it has become a part of my daily routine. I am now on the last drops of the Necta. I have noticed in addition that I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and energised. No feeling of morning tiredness.

The day this 1 litre Aloe Berry Necta finishes..this diary also comes to an end. Another diary will be opened for the Forever Freedom. Meanwhile, I am still on.
